How do you reset maintenance light, reset service light indicator Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, year 2008, 2009, 2010. For reset maintenance light and that can be made manually by use button on car dash board.

  • The “—” display can be reset while the ignition switch is “OFF”. When the display is reset, the time until the next periodic inspection is displayed and “PERIODIC INSPECTION” is no longer displayed when the ignition is switched from “OFF” to “ON”.
  • Lightly press the multi-information meter switch until the information screen switches to service reminder display screen.
  • Press and hold the multi-information meter switch for about 2 seconds or more to display the (wrench icon) and make it flash.
  • Lightly press the multi-information meter switch while the icon is flashing to change the display from “—” to “CLEAR”. After this, the time until the next periodic inspection will be displayed.
  • Start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

2009-2010

Reset service light indicator, engine oil life Infiniti QX56, year: 2004-2010, oil reset instructions:

2004-2007
Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
Push the ěTRIPî button repeatedly to display “MAINTENANCE” and press the “ENTER” button.
Select “Engine Oil” and press the “ENTER” button.
Select “RESET” and press “ENTER” button.
Press “PREV” to return to previous menu.
Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

2008-2010
Turn the ignition on without starting the engine (press START/STOP) button.
Push the ěINFOî button on the control panel for the Vehicle Information screen.
Use arrow keys to scroll down to “Maintenance” and press “ENTER” button to select.
Select “Reminder 1” and press “ENTER” button.
Select “Reset Distance” and press “ENTER” button.
Press “Back” button to return to “Maintenance” menu and repeat procedure for “Reminder 2″… Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

2003-2004
Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
Push the “INFO” button on the control panel for the Vehicle Information screen.
Choose “Maintenance” using the joystick and push the “ENTER” button.
Select “Engine Oil” and press “ENTER” button.
Select “Reset” and press “ENTER” button.
Press “PREV” button to return to “Maintenance” menu and repeat procedure for “Oil Filter”. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
2006-2007
Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
Push the “INFO” button on the control panel for the Vehicle Information screen.
Use arrow keys to scroll down to “Maintenance” and press “ENTER” button to select.
Select “Engine Oil” and press “ENTER” button.
Select “Reset Distance” and press “ENTER” button.
Press “BACK” button to return to “Maintenance” menu and repeat procedure for “Oil Filter”. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
